Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small slider-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 8 slider buns
- Lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and mayonnaise for garnish optional
Instructions:
In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder
In another shallow dish, beat the eggs
In a third shallow dish, spread out the breadcrumbs
Dip each chicken piece first into the seasoned flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat
Fry the breaded chicken pieces in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side
Remove the fried chicken onto paper towels to drain excess oil
Toast slider buns lightly in the skillet if desired
Assemble sliders by placing fried chicken on the bottom bun, topping with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise if desired, and cover with the top bun
Secure sliders with toothpicks and serve immediately
