Ingredients:
- 6 ice cream cones
- 1 box of cake mix your choice of flavor
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 1 cup vanilla frosting
- Ice cream scoop
- Decorative toppings chocolate chips, maraschino cherries, etc
Instructions:
Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C
Mix the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water together in a large bowl
Mix everything together well
Add the rainbow sprinkles to the cake batter and mix them in
Put the cones of ice cream in a muffin tin to keep them raised
Each cone should have a small hole at the top
Use an ice cream scoop to fill each cone with cake batter
After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
Let the cupcakes cool all the way down
After the cupcakes have cooled, frost them with vanilla frosting and add any toppings you like
