Ingredients:

- 5 lbs beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch optional, for thickening
Instructions:
Add salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary to the beef to taste
Coat the beef all over with flour
Set the Instant Pot to saut mode and heat the olive oil
Put the beef in the Instant Pot and brown it all over
Take it out and set it aside
Put the onions and garlic in the Instant Pot and saut them until they smell good
Add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth
Scrape the bottom of the pot to get rid of any browned bits as you stir
Put the beef back in the Instant Pot
Press H for 15 minutes and then close the lid
After the food is done cooking, let the pressure drop naturally for 10 minutes
Then, manually release any pressure that is still there
If you want the gravy to be thicker, mix the cornstarch with a little water and stir it in
You can put beef tips and gravy on top of rice or mashed potatoes
