Ingredients:
- 1 lb thinly sliced steak
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and minced garlic
Marinate steak slices in the mixture for 30 minutes
In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise and minced garlic to make garlic mayo
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat
Grill steak slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked to desired doneness
Toast sandwich bread slices lightly
Spread garlic mayo on one side of each bread slice
Layer shredded lettuce, grilled steak slices, and jalapeno slices on two bread slices
Top with remaining bread slices to form sandwiches
Slice sandwiches in half and serve
