Ingredients:
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of almond butter
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups of rolled oats
- 1/4 cup of chopped nuts optional
- 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips optional
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Melt the chocolate chips in 30-second increments in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in between, until smooth
Once the chocolate has melted, thoroughly mix in the almond butter, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a small pinch of salt
After folding in the rolled oats, stir the mixture until it is coated evenly
For extra texture and flavor, stir in the mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts, if desired
Scoop out portions of the mixture with a tablespoon and roll them into bite-sized balls
To set, place the brownie bites on a tray or plate lined with parchment paper and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
Once solid, take out of the fridge and savor your delectable No Bake Brownie Bites
