Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

Trans Dating Bayonne

These Hawaiian chicken kabobs are great for grilling in the summer because they taste like they were made in a tropical paradise. Coconut aminos, garlic, and ginger are mixed together to make a flavorful marinade for tender chicken chunks. The chicken is then skewered with sweet pineapple, bell peppers, and red onion. These kabobs are a tasty and filling meal that the whole family will love. They are grilled to perfection.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Blend coconut aminos, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth

This is the marinade

Put the chicken chunks in a bowl or a plastic bag that can be closed again, and pour the marinade over them

Put the chicken in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours with the lid on the bowl or sealed bag on top

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

In the meantime, soak the wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes to keep them from getting burned

You can switch up the skewers ingredients by adding the pineapple, bell peppers, onion, and chicken that has been marinated

For 12 to 15 minutes, flip the kabobs every so often, until the chicken is cooked all the way through and the vegetables are soft and slightly charred

If you want, you can serve the Hawaiian chicken kabobs hot with chopped cilantro or green onions on top
