Skinny Chicken Avocado Caesar Salad

A low-carb, keto-friendly twist on the classic Caesar salad, featuring grilled chicken, creamy avocado, and a tangy Caesar dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing sugar-free
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Put diced avocado, chopped romaine lettuce, and sliced grilled chicken in a large bowl

Add olive oil and Caesar dressing to the salad

Grate some Parmesan cheese on top

Add pepper and salt to taste

Toss the ingredients together gently to mix them

Serve right away
