This red kale salad doesnt have any gluten and is full of healthy nutrients. When you mix sweet oranges, crunchy almonds, and earthy kale, you get a dish that is both refreshing and filling.
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch red kale, stems removed and leaves torn into bite-sized pieces
- 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Tear up the red kale leaves and put them, along with the orange slices and sliced almonds, in a large bowl
Salt and pepper should be mixed with the honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and pepper in a small bowl
Pour the dressing over the kale mixture and gently toss to coat
The flavors will blend better if you let the salad sit for about 10 minutes
