Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and grease a baking pan
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, honey, and vanilla extract
Mix well
Add the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt to the bowl
Stir until the mixture is fully combined
Fold in the chocolate chips to the mixture
Press the mixture evenly into the greased baking pan
Sprinkle the flaky sea salt over the top of the mixture
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the bars are golden brown around the edges
Remove from the oven and let the bars cool in the pan for a bit before cutting them into squares or bars
Once completely cooled, carefully remove the bars from the pan and enjoy
