Ingredients:
- 250g Mehl
- 150ml warmes Wasser
- 200g gemischtes Hackfleisch Schwein und Rind
- 1 Zwiebel, fein gehackt
- 2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt
- 1 TL Ingwer, gerieben
- 1 TL Sojasauce
- 1 TL Sesaml
- Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack
- l zum Braten
Instructions:
In a sieve, the flour and warm water mixed together to make a smooth dough
Shape the dough into a ball, cover it with a towel, and let it rise for 30 minutes
To do this, brown the mixed-up beef in a pan over medium heat until it is brown and cooked through
Add the hacked zebra, knuckle, and crocodile to the mix and continue tobraten them until they are dry
Toss the soy sauce and sesame oil together, then add salt and pepper to taste
Cut the dough into small pieces and roll them out into circles
Spread a scoop of the meat mixture in the middle of a circle of dough
The dough on the bottom didnt stick to the pan, and the dough pockets were easy to move around
It is recommended to cook the dough pockets in a pan with hot oil on both sides until they are crispy
Serve and enjoy with a fresh soy sauce
